Shipping & Returns.

The trial is designed to let you try the mattress for 30 nights at home. If it isn't right for you, we're happy to take it back and refund you. We hope this offer is never misused, so the following exceptions apply:

• A return or full refund will not be approved in case of inappropriate usage or physical damage. The mattress must be returned in good condition.
• A return or full refund will not be approved if severe liquid spillage, stains, dirt or damage is found on the mattress during inspection.
• A return or full refund will not be approved if the mattress was used on an improper or uneven surface without a proper base.
• A return or full refund will not be approved if the mattress was exposed to cold, mould or heat for a period that damages or permanently deforms the materials.

• The trial applies from the date of delivery. If you swap to another model, the 30 nights are still counted from Day 1 of the first delivery.
• The trial applies only to standard sizes (72/75/78 x 36, 60 and 72 inch, in 5, 6 and 8 inch thickness). Non-standard (custom size) mattresses are not covered by any trial offer.
• You may return the mattress any time before the end of 30 nights for a full refund. If any freebies came with the order, their cost is deducted from the refund.
• A return and refund is not applicable if the mattress falls under the trial exceptions above.
• The trial applies only to the original purchaser of a genuine Intimmacy mattress bought from our official website.
• The trial is limited to one return per household per year (365 days).
• Please keep a copy of your original tax invoice. It is required for a refund claim, and without a valid invoice we may reject the claim.
• A return or refund is accepted only if the product meets the return criteria.
• Please share photographs of all 6 sides (top, bottom and 4 sides) of the mattress when requesting a return. Missing or unclear photographs may lead to the request being cancelled.
• Return or refund requests must reach us no later than the 31st day from the date of delivery.
• Returns are inspected and picked up within 7–10 days of raising the request. Approved refunds are processed within 15–20 days of pick-up.
• We reserve the right to refuse the trial offer to anyone associated with a mattress manufacturer or brand.
• Normal changes in softness and recovery time of memory foam and latex over time are not covered under warranty.
• Every return or exchange under the trial carries reverse logistics charges on both sides: ₹1,500 (36 inch), ₹2,000 (60 inch) and ₹2,500 (72 inch width sizes).
• The final decision on any refund under the trial rests with Intimmacy, and we may refuse any claim that does not meet these terms.
• Disputes, if any, are subject to Lucknow jurisdiction only.
