This covers any physical flaws in the mattress that cause the foam materials to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling. It also covers visible indentations greater than 1 inch that are not associated with a sag in the foundation.

Warranty details
The warranty covers visible indentations greater than 1 inch that are not associated with a sag in the foundation/box spring, as well as physical flaws in the foam causing it to split or crack.
Normal increase in softness, comfort preference, and physical abuse or damage to the structure/cover (including burns, cuts, stains) are not covered.
